We understand you may be concerned about not being able to attend the conference due to the coronavirus COVID-19 situation. The HAICTA 2020 Organizing Committee is working hard for the event in order to have everything in place in September. However, rest assured that you can withdraw your submission at any stage before the Conference, during the uncertainty of the outbreak. This will also apply to refunding your registration fee with no penalty if the situation continues to be uncertain or if travel bans still apply for your country or are advised by your Institution.

After the Conference, selected high quality papers will be invited to be reconsidered for special issues of scientific journals and collective volumes. We can now announce that we have come to an agreement with the following three International Journals:

1. Information Processing in Agriculture
2. International Journal of Agricultural Resources, Governance and Ecology
3. International Journal of Sustainable Agricultural Management and Informatics

All of the journals are indexed in Scopus.

We are excited to announce that Maurizio Canavari, Associate Professor at the University of Bologna, Italy, will be one of our keynote speakers for the forthcoming HAICTA 2020 International Conference.

Mr. Canavari has a PhD in Appraisal and Land Economics. He is an Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics and Appraisal at the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences, Alma Mater Studiorum-University of Bologna. His current research interests include agri-food marketing and marketing research, with specific topics regarding consumer preferences, quality management, innovation in agriculture and food, value chain analysis and management.
