Under the COVID-19 situation, HAICTA 2020 offers a variety of options for Conference participants to present their work
For all types of presentation the deadline of August 15th for early registration still holds and is essential for your contribution to be included in the Conference Scientific Program and Proceedings. Also, for those who register early there is a 10% discount on hotel accommodation fees. Under the COVID-19 situation, remote video presentation will be an option for those who do not wish or cannot attend the conference physically.
More details will be announced soon. A final deadline extension has been given for all types of submission. You can now submit your paper using our online submission system until June 15, 2020 at 23:55 GMT.

![]() We are excited to announce that Maurizio Canavari, Associate Professor at the University of Bologna, Italy, will be one of our keynote speakers for the forthcoming HAICTA 2020 International Conference. Mr. Canavari has a PhD in Appraisal and Land Economics. He is an Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics and Appraisal at the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences, Alma Mater Studiorum-University of Bologna. His current research interests include agri-food marketing and marketing research, with specific topics regarding consumer preferences, quality management, innovation in agriculture and food, value chain analysis and management. The Conference is organized by the Hellenic Association for Information and Communication Technologies in Agriculture, Food and Environment (HAICTA) in cooperation with a number of Universities and Institutes.
HAICTA is the Greek Branch of the European Federation for Information Technology in Agriculture (EFITA). Until now HAICTA has organized a series of eight successful international conferences.
