Under the COVID-19 situation, HAICTA 2020 offers a variety of options for Conference participants to present their work

1. Physical attendance. We welcome all Conference participants to attend the Conference physically. Greece is one of the safest countries in terms of the repercussions of the pandemic (https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/). The Conference organizers have already taken into account all the guidelines to maximize safety and hygiene for all participants and will strictly follow all regulations to ensure that all Conference activities will be pleasant and interesting as well as safe for everyone. 
2. Webinar/Teleconference. For participants who do not wish to travel to Greece or if there are restrictions for travellers from specific countries, there will be an option to attend the whole Conference virtually and to do an oral presentation through teleconference. More details about this option will be announced soon.
3. E-posters. In order to reduce related risks, authors also have the option to present their work as an e-poster. This means that there will be no printed version of the posters, but instead they will be presented electronically on screens on the Conference venue. In addition, e-posters will be available for viewing by remote Conference participants. Specific guidelines for e-posters will be announced soon.

For all types of presentation the deadline of August 15th for early registration still holds and is essential for your contribution to be included in the Conference Scientific Program and Proceedings. Also, for those who register early there is a 10% discount on hotel accommodation fees.

Under the COVID-19 situation, remote video presentation will be an option for those who do not wish or cannot attend the conference physically.
