We understand you may be concerned about not being able to attend the conference due to the coronavirus COVID-19 situation. The HAICTA 2020 Organizing Committee is working hard for the event in order to have everything in place in September. However, rest assured that you can withdraw your submission at any stage before the Conference, during the uncertainty of the outbreak. This will also apply to refunding your registration fee with no penalty if the situation continues to be uncertain or if travel bans still apply for your country or are advised by your Institution.

The Conference is organized by the Hellenic Association for Information and Communication Technologies in Agriculture, Food and Environment (HAICTA) in cooperation with a number of Universities and Institutes.
